OxyMag - Emergency and Transport Ventilator

Emergency and transport ventilator from Neonate to Adult

The OxyMag ventilator is a MAGNAMED product aimed to ventilate patients in rescue, emergency room, post operation room and in transport. For these purposes it provides advanced ventilation modes, like Volume Controlled Ventilation (VCV), Pressure Controlled Ventilation (PCV) Synchronized Intermittent Mandatory Ventilation (SIMV) with or without Pressure Support (PS), Pressure Limited Ventilation (PLV) for neonates, Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP), DualPAP - Two levels of CPAP where the patient can breath spontaneously and Non Invasive Ventilation (NIV).

This equipment was designed to be robust so it can be used in exrtreme conditons and it complies with EN-794 standard. Its ABS plastic enclosure integrates all the pneumatics in one single manifold avoiding tubing connections, that grants high reliability and a long lasting product. The electronic control board integrates an advanced and high efficient control system that allows reduced energy consumption bringing, that way, a great benefit in battery backup duration.

The battery backup system is an independent unit that energizes all the hardware and incorporates an intelligent charging system that keeps long lasting battery, in addition to providing all the information on its status. The software incorporated in the module is extremely reliable and intelligent to provide in first place safety and effective treatment to the patients. To achieve this goal it monitors all the main parameters, like pressure, flow, volume, inspiratory time, expiratory time, electrical energy, battery state and gas inlet pressure.
